This week begins the first Sunday of December, and we have started a new series called “The Good News of Christmas.” Christ's coming into the world was news that prophets and Scripture had spoken of for thousands of years. When he finally arrived, all those who received the good news were changed. Pastor Terry will speak on “God’s Gift of Peace.” So many people struggle to find peace in their hearts, often because they think it comes through the calm the world finally offers. However, the angels announced that Christ came to give peace to those “on whom His favor rests.” We find peace alone in Him.
